Troy and Jana Jones have been Lead Pastors of New Life Church in the Seattle area for almost two decades. Founded in 1926, New Life has grown under their leadership into a multisite church of 4,500 people meeting at five locations. Troy holds a doctorate degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and is a sought-after speaker, coach, and consultant. He is the founder of The Recalibrate Group and has authored four books including Recalibrate Your Church: How Your Church Can Reach Its Full Kingdom Potential.

Jana is a certified life coach and is the heart and soul behind the church. She is well-known for speaking on marriage, family, and spiritual health. They also have a very popular podcast called Jones Party of 2.

They started PastorStays out of the chaos of 2020. They needed a haven from the cultural division of the Covid pandemic. They bought a house in Lake Chelan. They made it available to pastors with a google calendar and landing page. It filled up in 18 hours. This was the launch of PastorStays.

Troy and Jana, have been married for 33 years. Jana is from the country. Troy is from the city. They met as competitors in a Bible quiz match. They started with humble beginnings. They have a unique passion for healthy families and creating traditions that build the home. They live in the Pacific Northwest and the pride of their lives is their two daughters, two sons-in-law, and three grandchildren.

Stan and Karen Russell have faithfully shepherded Horizon Community Church for over three decades. As the lead pastors of this caring congregation in Tualatin, Oregon, they have witnessed the church's growth and impact firsthand. Horizon Community Church has become renowned for its remarkable generosity, contributing over $10 million to local and global outreach efforts in the past decade alone. Stan's unwavering commitment and leadership have played a pivotal role in shaping the church's legacy.

Stan's passion for spreading God's hope and love extends far beyond the walls of his local church. He captivates audiences with his compelling storytelling and infectious humor as he travels and speaks at various events. With the unwavering support of the compassionate Horizon Community Church, Stan has made a profound difference in countless lives across the globe.

Having grown up as a pastor's kid himself, Stan intimately understands the financial challenges faced by pastors and their families. He has experienced firsthand the transformative power of respite, having been blessed with stays at beautiful homes himself. In 2022, Stan joined forces with his friend Troy, offering Troy's getaway home for a three-month period, which was swiftly booked within 18 hours of its online advertisement. This resounding success convinced Troy and Stan that God was calling them to establish a ministry that encourages individuals to donate their homes, providing much-needed rest and rejuvenation for pastors and their families.

Stan and Karen have been happily married for 40 years, cherishing their family and holding their relationship with Jesus as their greatest treasure.
